I wanted to see him live, I hear he’s awesome did anyone go to the Long Beach Jazz Festival? I hear he is on the RENDEZVOUS ALL STAR TOUR. You could check out more info on the tour. If you happen to go let me know what you thought about it. Sounds like you live in Los Angeles. MOCA (Museum of Contemporary Art) usually hosts free jazz concerts each Thursday night on the patio some months of the year. I went a couple of times and it was really nice. Also, do you know about the free concerts at California Plaza (next to MOCA in downtown L.A.)? They have a wide range of music and normally you would have to pay to see these performers.....but it's free since they want more people to come and enjoy downtown. www.grandperformances.org

You are quite welcome.

The Grand Performances are held at Calif. Plaza which is really great. The middle part of the huge fountain is dried up for the stage.....the dancing fountains at the back of the stage are sometimes lit by colored lights at night for the performance....and there is a huge "pond" in front of the stage. Lots of seating and the breeze on a hot night is great!
