Have you guys heard of Newsboys. I heard them on the veggietales movie Jonah. I just got their album. Sounds pretty neat.

But of course, Tonya!!!! They r an Aussie band & actually came out of our church, Christian Outreach Centre.......let me clarify not my church personally.......but our greater church. I think they r ok.......I don't have any of their CD's....

I mainly got it for hubby but got hooked myself . He is a big fan of Carmen. i don't know how many of his cds he has.

Yeah i love the Newsboys they come from the town i live in and the church my parents go to The one sparky mentioned, they started out in a garage here in my town, and the ex lead singer John James goes to the church me parents go to.

I have the Thrive CD and Love liberty Disco both are really good.

Holy Moly, that's really cool Sparky! I like them a lot. Haven't heard any new stuff lately, I might just be out of touch through.

I have been listening to their new CD over and over and over at work this week. It is really good.

I know they are addictive. I have been going crazy listening to them. I really don't know to many christian singers so when I find one I like I latch on. hehe

I got my first Newsboys album back in 1996, "Take Me To Your Leader," one of my first Christians albums after a half-decade hiatus from Christian music. I liked it okay, but not enough to buy another one.

Lately, though, I've got two Newsboys albums that I really like. One is "Adoration"--wow, some great stuff! And then they have a remix CD. I like dance music so hearing Newsboys songs remixed makes their tunes more to my tastes. I'm surprised how much I like these, considering that I'm not really a Newsboys fan.
