It is required in stewards that a man be found faithful.
1 Cor. 4:2

Too many people are not faithful in little things. They are not to be absolutely depended upon. They do not always keep their promises. They break engagements. They fail to pay their debts promptly. They come behind time to appointments. They are neglectful and careless in little things. In general they are good people, but their life is honeycombed with small failures.

One who can be positively depended upon, who is faithful in the least things as well as in the greatest, whose life and character are true through and through, gives out a light in this world which honors Christ and blesses others.

I've come to find that it can be hard to find faithful people.  I know everyone has their faults.... God knows I have my many faults, but it seems to be difficult.  Thankfully, we know God is faithful!

True, both about finding faithful people being difficult..and also, yes, we all have our faults.

Hi Deb & Tim,

Yes we need to be faithful in small things so the Lord can entrust us with other responsibilities. I see that both of you have been very faithful to the Lord for the responsibility in this forum. May I say, well done, and thank you, for even though I have come late to this place I so appreciate being able to post and share with people who are receptive. I also appreciate reading the encouraging threads you write.

Blessings, Marilyn.
