A native ministry in Delhi plans to host 1250 frontline pastors and prospective leaders for three leadership training events. "Many pastors live below the poverty line," said the native ministry leaders. "For all our leaders to come, we have to provide transportation, food, accommodations and training material. It is a huge expense."

The events are critical for advancing the Gospel. Gifts of any amount can help.

The first generation of formerly Muslim, ethnic Rohingya Christians in New Delhi are impoverished church leaders who need encouragement and training to nurse fledgling congregations to maturity.

A native ministry can offer 6 months training to 30 pastors if it receives $43 per month for each trainee.

Pray that pastors selling scraps and driving ricksaws to survive will be able to nourish their sheep.

Note by Debp:. The Rohingya are Muslims that usually live in Myanmar (formerly called Burma). Myanmar is mainly a Buddhist country and the Rohingya's villages are being burned down and they are being killed. So many Rohingya are fleeing into Bangladesh, and apparently some have gone to India.

Pray that the Rohingya will come to know Jesus Christ, the One who loves them and can give them peace amidst the storms of life.
