If you can, please keep me in prayer.  I have a few things going on.... One is heart palpitations have been causing me a bit of anxiety.  But, there's a few other things going on as well.

Hi Tim, praying for you, too.  I guess you saw the doctor?  Sometimes heart palpitations can be triggered by other things...too much stress, etc.  If you drink any caffeine, try quitting it for awhile.  You are a very nice, sincere person...God bless you very much.

Thanks for the prayers!

I haven't saw the Doctor yet.  If they continue or get worse, then I probably will eventually.  I usually don't like going to the Doctor unless I absolutely have to.

The heart palpitations started back in Fall and I was thinking it was a combination of things.  So, I stopped drinking cokes that contains a ton of caffeine.  After that, they seemed to settle down for a while and there were a few days where I would get none at all.

Recently, they came back and I think I know what it was.  I have been under some stress lately with some things going on and I also ate quite a bit of chocolate the days before.  I had forgot that chocolate contains caffeine.  So, those two things may have contributed.  I also took two ibuprofen for a headache and I think in the past, they have caused heart palpitations in me for some reason. I think it was just a combination of things.

Today, they haven't messed with me hardly much at all.

I have stopped drinking cokes.  I try to stick with 100% juices like apple, orange, and grape now and also water.

Hi everyone reading this... I've had a heavy heart and anxiety about things going on. I am so lost for anything. I read but I don't really understand what the Lord is saying to me. Is it because I'm not really ready? I'm just now trying to fully give myself to Christ, ive felt like I've needed to for some time..but I'm with someone that is stuck between the Lord and someone else... he says if we stop doing the sins we do he don't know if he can stay we have a child together but we are not married. Someone if anyone can help and pray with me please do so. I don't honestly know what I should do or what the Lord wants me to do. Sometimes the fight is too hard for me I know it's in God hands but if he says he can't be with me what do I do?
I have no one I could go to, my parents and I have no relationship and I have no family.
Please everyone pray for me and mine
